Who you are
As a Technical Sales Engineer you need to be able to work in The Netherlands. Also:
- You have relevant sales experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Ability to read technical specifications
- You speak English (it would be nice if you speak another language as well, but not necessary)
What will you do
As a Technical Sales Engineer you will be providing support to the sales managers and customers. Your tasks include answering phone calls and emails of customers who need your help with selecting the right products. It is very important you have experience in a technical environment. Customers need your knowledge and they depend on you. You will also be preparing quotations and sending them to the head office in the United States. You’ll stay on top of new technologies and participate in training sessions. But most importantly, you are responsible for sales and making customers happy. You will keep track of the orders and provide after-sales support as well. Customers can be from all over the world, but mostly in Europe!
Where will you work
As a Technical Sales Engineer you will be working with your international team at the office in Zoetermeer. This brand new location has just opened in November. The company is specialized in rupture discs and operates all over the world. The team in Zoetermeer is friendly, helpful and likes to have dinner together when everyone is around!
