Tasks
- Taking orders from global customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Crafting detailed quotations tailored to specific needs and regulations
- Managing orders through advanced ERP and CRM systems
- Orchestrating smooth shipping operations
- Advising and assisting customers throughout the process
- Handling invoicing and service orders efficiently
- Organizing and maintaining crucial data for future reference
Requirements
- Completed MBO-4 level education, ideally with experience in export or comparable qualification
- Good technical understanding, e.g. to understand technical drawings, parts lists and operating instructions
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
- Extremely client and service-focused
- Autonomous and responsible way of working
- Good written and spoken English and French
