As a team leader, you are the link between the staff and the management. Together with your team, you achieve the greatest successes and strive for innovation and development. Are you ready for a new challenge as a logistics team leader? Then read on! As a team leader, you will directly manage 2 to 4 team coordinators and indirectly supervise 20 to 30 individuals. Furthermore, your tasks will include:

  • Directing, coaching, developing, and evaluating the employees in your team;
  • Leading the daily operations and being responsible for achieving KPIs and plans;
  • Making the right decisions for an optimal process in collaboration with your colleagues and management;
  • Optimizing the efficiency of people, resources, and machinery;
  • Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process;
  • Conducting measurements, creating reports, and performing analyses;
  • Conducting performance reviews, managing absenteeism;
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

What do you bring as a team leader:

  • You have previous experience in a leadership role, which does not necessarily have to be in logistics;
  • Available full-time and flexible;
  • Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
