If so, then this Mobile IT Support Engineer role is perfect for you! Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues. Work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional support. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment. Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts through Active Directory. Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies. Document your approach and problem resolution in a ticketing system. Manage IT assets effectively. Travel to various client locations to provide on-site support. Required Skills: Proven experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to interact with local end-users and provide online support. Proficiency in implementing software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies. Prior work experience as an IT Support Engineer. Possession of a valid driver’s license.
