For our TOPCON Europe Positioning BU – Netherlands we are looking for a

Senior SAP (SD/IM/WM/MM) Professional based in Zoetermeer – TOPCON Netherlands office

As part of the Senior SAP (SD/IM/WM/MM) Professional, you will be responsible to plan, execute and coordinate all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades. You will also coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Additionally, you will develop detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size, and complexity. You will also participate with Vendor Customer Advisory Councils to set roadmaps.

Within this Senior SAP position, we’ll expect you to:

Act as primary engagement point on small-to- large scale SAP engagements within IT Business Solutions department on Sales and Distribution, Inventory- Warehouse Management, Materials Management domain areas.

Act as a liaison between the executive team, business users and the IT technical development team.

Develops Proof of Concepts, Executes Customization / Configuration activities.

The Core Duties consists of:

Leading definition of global business requirements across major process areas

Production Support of SAP business processes as needed

Technical configuration for domain areas

Escalation points for solution design or troubleshooting with outside service partners

Work with solution delivery teams and end users to resolve issues and changes through development, testing and training

You are a Senior SAP Professional who takes ownership and is result driven. With your emphatic and motivating ability, you will succeed to find the best solutions. You have proven track record and qualifications in a similar role

Education & Experience:

BE/BS

SAP SD Certification a plus

SAP WM Certification a plus

Proven leadership skills as demonstrated through multiple SAP implementations.

From 8 to 10 years of working experience with SAP Sales /Distribution and Warehouse Management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge in other SAP functional areas such as SD and WM are mandatory

Knowledge of related SAP modules such as MM strongly preferred

PMP or Agile/Scrum Certification strongly preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Working in a fast-paced IT department for a global technology company, the position requires the occasional ability to provide extended support after regular business hours as well as weekends. This is standard for IT roles supporting release processes.

40 hours a week – Office based for 2-3d/week or as needed

Occasional non structured hours to support IT releases which happen during off hours

Some Travels can be occurred to follow approved projects
