For Imou Network Technology Netherlands B.V. we are currently searching for a Office Specialist to suppot our administration work for Europe region . This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe).

2,Job Description

  1. HR work: daily employee attendance, holiday quota etc.; recruitment interview arrangements; new employee entry related: induction counseling, probation period process, regularization process; expatriate employee visa management; contract renewal.
  2. Corporate payment, automatic deduction (requires monthly invoice upload) and corporate payment (subsidiary operation related expenses).
  3. Contract management archives, all original signed contracts are archived.
  4. For private reimbursement, local employee reimbursement invoice receipt management.
  5. Seal management, approval and seal application, and seal.
  6. Finance: Cooperate with the headquarters finance to carry out the quarterly declaration of VAT return and the annual audit of CBS monthly declaration (Arrival/Dispatch).
  7. Supplier management, including rental car, house , mobile phone packages and other suppliers, contract signing and maintenance.
  8. Compliance management: WEEE, battery, packaging recycling registration and declaration.

3,Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Family with local HR normal practice;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data for reporting, MS Word, PowerPoint & proprietary programs;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
