We are looking for a HR projectmanager for an international food production organization in Zoetermeer!

You are responsible for: 

  • Helping build the deployment plan for reskilling of impacted employees by restructuring within Supply Chain (planning);
  • Find internal assignments/projects that would support their upskilling journey to new roles;
  • Help in setting up and brainstorming networking opportunities/meetings with the individuals who have an impacted role;
  • Have career coaching conversations and follow up on supportive actions;
  • Working closely with HR. as well as talent team on the overall development and learning journey.

    What do we expect from you? 

  • 2-3 years experience in HR, including career coaching conversations/ recruitment conversations;
  • pro active, good networker, easy to connect with people;
  • Willing to work on site in Zoetermeer for close proximity (preferably Mon/ Tue/ Thu).

    • Offer Interim HR Projectmanager – FMCG

    We will offer you a maximum rate of €80 per hour (all in) based on knowledge and experience.
