As a HR business partner, you are the sparring partner of Business Unit leadership, managers and team leads on the full spectrum of HR. You advise them proactively on HR matters, using HR data analytics where needed, and you take responsibility for the quality and execution of HR policies. Furthermore, you coach and guide the leadership and team leads in the execution of HR matters like the performance review process, rewards, health cases, development and sustainable employability and you take an active role in various (international) HR projects.The HR team that will be welcoming you consists of 2 HR business partners, 5 recruiters, 1 recruitment assistant, 1 compensation & benefits specialist, 3 HR administrators and the (global) Head of HR.
