General Accounting Administrator
Are you a passionate accounting and administration professional with experience? We’re also open to junior candidates with some relevant experience. Join our team as a General Accounting Administrator and play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and operations. You’ll handle various accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, we would love to hear from you!
What will you do?
• Purchase Ledger Management
– Process invoices, verify data, manage payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Project Administration
– Handle financial reporting and reconciliation for promotional activities, ensuring cost accuracy.
• Expense & Travel Reimbursements
– Verify, process, and manage travel and accommodation reimbursements while ensuring compliance.
• Accounting & Bank Transactions
– Reconcile accounts, manage invoicing, monitor bank balances, and streamline cash flow.
• Secretarial & Credit Card Administration
– Perform administrative tasks, support meetings, and manage corporate credit card transactions.
What do you bring?
• Education: MBO level, trained in the field of business administration;
• Oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English is a must;
• Relevant work experience in the administrative sector;
• Knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of Oracle and concur is a plus;
• Accuracy, flexible and a proactive mindset;
• Analytical ability;
• A service-minded attitude;
• Good interpersonal relationship building skills to function effectively as a team member;
• Willing to work in both Zoetermeer and Amstelveen office.

- a gross yearly salary in the range of 40K -48K.
- a 13th month and 8% vacation allowance.
