In this context, they are looking for a FP&A Controller who will play a crucial role in supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making.

As FP&A Controller, you work closely with senior management and various stakeholders across the business. You lead the forecasting and budgeting cycles within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. You act as a sparring partner to budget holders and members of the Senior Management Team (SMT), helping to develop meaningful financial plans and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.

You are responsible for delivering insightful performance analysis, translating financial data into clear and actionable insights to drive business decisions. Your analytical expertise enables you to challenge assumptions and support data-driven strategies.

Together with the accounting team, you oversee the monthly closing and reporting process and safeguard the integrity of the general ledger. You ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and take the lead in improving planning tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

In this role, continuous improvement is key — whether it’s in processes, systems, or business support. You bring a proactive mindset, a strong eye for detail, and a natural drive to enhance financial operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Who are you?

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, business partnering, or FP&A
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence and maturity to work directly with senior leaders (SMT)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, TM1, D365, etc.)
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a desire to improve and simplify
