Dahua Europe B.V. is currently looking for an all-round Business Operation Assistant Intern (Chinese Speaker) for our expanding Business Operation Team.
For the Business Operation Team, you will be responsible for all Business Operation support duties and related administrative tasks. This includes (but will not limited to) supporting the BO Manager and BO Assistant for the daily matters of our local and expat employees (e.g. company house arrangements, health insurance arrangements, registration at the municipality, etc.), company asset management, office administration, attendance system management and other ongoing projects. You will also be supporting the Business Operation Assistant and in absence of the BO Assistant being the first point of contact regarding office management for the Zoetermeer office. The BO Assistant Intern will report to the BO Manager and the base location is Zoetermeer.
Job Description:
• Support in the invoice processing activities and initiate payments in our internal finance system;
• Support the Sales Team members in generating invoices through our billing system;
• Enhance the internal communication through various company platforms;
• Supporting the BO Team in managing company assets and company car fleet;
• Maintain a clean and healthy office environment;
• Office assistant activities (e.g. answering incoming calls, hotel bookings, mail handling, office supplies, etc.);
• Other duties as directed by the BO Manager.
Job requirements:
• 3rd or 4th year preferably in the business or international studies (students with other interests are also encouraged to apply);
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken); Dutch would be considered as an advantage;
• Profound knowledge of MS Office Excel and computer literate
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
• Accuracy in this role is mandatory
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Home location should be within 1 hour commuting distance from our office
• Preferably 40 hours per week (32 hours per week is negotiable);
• 5 – 6 moths available with immediate start.
